naheedNaheed Mirza MSc, Assoc CIPD

Founder and Managing Director

Naheed is an experienced manager and consultant having held senior positions for a number of commercial organisations. This, combined with her experience of having successfully run a multi-million pound business, with accountability for revenue generation and growth, people, and client relationship management, gave her a clear understanding of the challenges faced by senior management teams and led to the formation of Ipso Consulting in 2009.

She has considerable expertise of tacking complex issues within multi-faceted organisations gained from working extensively at board-level, as a trusted advisor, with clients across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors including: the Metropolitan Police Service, The Security Service (MI5), BAE Systems, RBS, Barclays Wealth, Christian Aid, PwC, The Ethical Property Company and the International Psychoanalytical Association (IPA). This has given her insight and knowledge of the challenges that each sector faces and the nuances that make each distinct.

Ipso Consulting is built on a strong ethos of professionalism and innovation and has developed a number of unique organisational development models designed to ensure that client organisations are placed in the best possible position for the future.

Recent projects have ranged from designing organisational competency/behavioural frameworks, creating and implementing leadership development programmes, and leadership profiling at senior executive level for both selection and development purposes.

A great believer in continuous learning, Naheed is CIPD and BPS qualified (Ability and Occupational, Personality  Level 2 Test User - previously known as Level A and B Intermediate) and completed an MSc in Organizational Behaviour in 2007. She holds a number of other related qualifications and is constantly developing her knowledge through practical application and academic study. She has a particular interest in the impact of leadership behaviours within organisations.
